In My Entire Life...

In my entire life, I have...

(X) Smoked a cigarette - I remember the first time I tried a Ciggie, it was when I was 14 and went out to hangtime with my friends. (a youth club that our local sallys started for young adults) So, while there, we were bored and decided to go for a walk, we ended up outside westcity (the local mall) where someone offered me a ciggie, well for anyone who hasn't smokeds before, usually you take a deep breath of the thing (as I did) and well, lets just say it really got to my lungs and I was coughing for ages. When we all got up to head back to hang time, a cop car drove by! (ok, in New Zealand it is illegal for you to smoke unless your over 16) we all shoved our ciggies in our pockets, but I had forgotten to stub it out, so as the cops were asking us why we were hanging round the streets, the little stick was burning a hole in my pocket! I now have a lovely burn scar on my leg from it... lets just say that with the cop and the burn, I was scared out of my witts! (Needless to say, that besides at a few parties, I have not smoked a ciggie since!)

( X) Drank so much you threw up - I have done this only twice. The first was at my granddads 80th birthday party, where I had my BF at the time feeding the house wine to me, (to get me into bed) I was 16 at the time, and everyone seemed to be getting quite drunk. Once at home, mum told my BF to look after me, I wanted to dance, he was trying to coax me into bed... Well I won on that one, as we started dancing, and I threw up on him! I spent the next few hours saying hello to the the white telephone!
The second time was when I was 18. I was hanging out at a mates place, she had a bottle of Tiquela, which we three of us girls opened and started to take shots of it. the took three shots before me, so I had three to catch up, five with them and at some point they tell me that they turned away for a few minutes, and when they went to take a few more shots they found that I had drunk a quater of the bottle! I was very sick for the rest of the night, having my head hanging over a bucket, the toilet or a sink. To make matters worse, I woke up with the hangover from hell, with a black eye I had gotten from a playfight, and I had to go to Skid Fest! (A car show that has boyracers reving their engines and doing burnouts etc)

I have not been able to touch dry wine or Tiquela since...

( ) Crashed a friend's car
( ) Stolen a car
() Been in love

(X) Been dumped - By text message no less! But, I wasn't that serous bout the realationship, so it didn't hurt that much, I just felt bummed!

( X) Been laid off/fired - Not fired, but made redundant, the main question that hangs in your head, is WHY? what did I do wrong? My advice for people who find themselves in that situation, it is not your fault, the company had no choice, it just had to happen. You will survive, it may hurt - alot, but it helps you put your life into prespective, and believe it or not, it makes you stronger and a better person.

(X) Quit your job once, without any notice - My first job! It was at Wendys and I had been given a better job offer. So, I took the job and just didn't go back! (I won't do that now though!)

( ) Been in a fist fight

(X) Snuck out of your parent's house - Not while I was a teenager, but when I was 10, I went up the road, brought some lollies from the dairy, when for a walk in the park to play on the playground. When I got back a few houws later, mum and dad didn't even realise that I had been gone! (they were having a rest, and my sisters were playing in the backyard)

(X) Had feelings for someone who didn't have themback. - What pre-teen and teenage girl doesn't have a crush on someone?

( ) Been arrested
( ) Gone on a blind date

(X) Skipped school - but this was during my study break. You're not aloud to go out of the school grounds, but when you have double study after lunch and no work to do, it can get pretty boring, specially when the mall and movies are only a 5 minute walk from school!

( ) Seen someone die
( ) Been to Canada
( ) Been to Mexico
() Been on a plane
() Have a passport

(X) Been lost - many a time while driving, and going on bush walks.

(X) Been on the opposite side of the country - yes and no, I haven't been to the South Island, but I have gone from eastcoast beaches to westcoast beaches in one day, does that count? (the beauty of New Zealand, only an hours drive away from the coastline! where ever you are)

( ) Gone to Washington, DC

(X) Swam in the ocean - off a yacht, this sunday actually, it was great!

(X) Cried yourself to sleep - Yes, a few times, from someone dying, or resently finding out someone betrayed my trust. I had a conversation with someone the other day about my views on a relationship, do I value honesty or fidality more? I chose honesty, as it atleast gives me the chance to think things over and make my own choice!

(X) Played cops and robbers - What kid hasn't?

( ) Recently coloured with crayons

(X) Sang karaoke - Sing Star is the best!

(X) Paid for a meal with only coins...meals, drinks, etc. - Piggy Bank Anyone?

(X) Done something you told yourself you wouldn't - Hooked up with someone, who I seriously thought I never would!

(X) Made prank phone calls - I wasn't very creative, I called someone and called them a moo cow, and that was it. I don't have that much of a naughty streak in me.

(X ) Laughed until some kind of beverage came out ofyour nose. - I don't remember what it was that made me laugh so much, but it was milk that came out of my nose!

( ) Caught a snowflake on your tongue.

(X) Danced in the rain. - I love to do this, not in the winter as it is simply too cold. However the perfect time to do it, is in a summer shower, especially a sunshower, you just feel in a different world of your own and that anything can be possible, also dancing in the moonlight can do that for you a little aswell!

(X) Written a letter to Santa Claus - again, who hasn't?

( ) Been kissed under the mistletoe
() Watched the sun rise with someone you care about

(X) Blown bubbles. - I do this whenever I can! I love to introduce it to children, as the wonder in their eyes can be so magical! and whenever I am around my friends on a hot summer day, it brings out the inner child!

( ) Made a bonfire on the beach

(X) Crashed a party - I was dunk, needed to go to the loo and it was a 21st party!

(x) Gone roller-skating - Still do whenever I get the chance!

(X) Ice-skating - would like to do this more often!
