Now and Then Speech

Last night while tidying up my room and sorting through a few boxes I came across my first ever speech ever!

It's corny, but I think I might spice it up a little, so here it goes...

"Hi, I'm Toni. I am nine years old and I will be ten in August. " - Original

"Hi, I'm Toni. I have just resently turned twenty and I am already starting to plan my 21st party!"

"I like to read and drew and I have just found out how to write longer stories and I like that now too." - Original

"I still like to read a 'drew' (draw) I also still like writing my long stories"

"I live in a BIG house. We call it the white house, we joke that dad is the president and mum is the first lady. It has four bedrooms and I have one of my very own. I have a bed and a pedicoat table and some bedroom furnature in it. It also has cross over curtains." - Original

"I live in a Skyline Gottage. We call it 'Ruishton Cottage'. It has three bedrooms, and I do have one of my ver own! I have an old victorian bed, 1930's Wardrobe, desk with selves, a book shelf, glory box, x2 dresser draws, a bedside table, A very large old mirror - you know the usual. Oh, and home made curtains!"

(All our houses except the first has had a name for it. The White house, The Brick house, The Green house and Ruishton Cottage)

"I live in the white house with my family. They are: Mum, Dad, and my two sisters Lisa and Julie. My mum is a great cook and sews clothes for us. My dad is a good worker at P.D.L. He has just had an operation on his throat, and he chopped his finger off in a machine once. He reads us exciting stories at bedtime. My big sister Lisa will be going to high school next year. She has a boyfriend Jimmy too. She is a great writer and plays her C.D.'s loud! My little sister Julie is six years old and has curly hair which we don't know where it came from." - Original

"I live at Ruishton Cottage with my Mum, Dad and younger sister Julz. (Lisa Moved out.) My family are: Mum, Dad, Julz, Lisa and her two boys Luke and James. Mum is still a great cook, but has given up sewing clothes for us. Dad's no longer reads us stories at our bedside, but ammuses us with his farming antics! Lisa is no longer in high school (she's too old!) Jimmy turned out to be gay and if she still plays her music up loud, it doesn't matter as we can't hear it! (Julz and I are the ones that play our music up loud, the thing is - we don't usually like each others music!) And Julz? She's 16 now, and still has curly hair that we don't know where it came from. (only joking, it's from Dad's side of the family)"

"We have lots of pets. A dog called Charlie, who is black and white. Three cats named BamBam, Shaddow, and Tigger. I bird called Dinkette (it was 'Dinky, but when we say that it had laid an egg, we had to think other wise...) who keeps on throwing bird seed on the floor. And we have a frog called Weka that we catch live flies for." - Original

"We still have lots of pets. Shaddow is the only one that we still have out of that group. Dear old Charlie lived until she was 15, got sick and had to be put down. One day I came home from school and found BamBam dead on the driveway (we think he had a stroke or something?) and Tigger ran away back to one of our old houses, where the family there adopted him. Dinkette died also, and weka got flushed to froggie heaven.
We now have 8 Dogs, Four cats, 8 sheep, 2 cows, 4 ducks and 20 odd chickens!"

"When I was two years old I walked into a swing my sister lisa was swinging on and it took a lot of skin off the top of my head where you could see apart of my scalp. My Mum said that when she lifted my frindge up, part of my head went with it! I was lucky, because I only needed five stiches to fix it." - Original

"Yes, this really happened and I have a mean scar to proove it! I have been updated slightly on this story, aparently when mum lifted up my frindge and a piece of my scalp came away, she was so shocked so just let go of it, patted me on the head, told me that I'd be alright and walked away! it wasn't until she got into the house that she realised that I will not be ok, and will prob need stiches. (Lisa just remembers staying on the swing and thinking that if she keept on swinging, she wouldn't get into trouble."

"When I grow up, I'd like to live in a BIG Mansion and be a business lady. I'd like to have three children and a sexy husband.
But right now, I'm happy just being 'Toni' " - Original

"I am grown up now (according to the law) I don't live in a Big Mansion - I live in a gottage. I am a part time business lady, and a full time bum (but wish to one day be a writer and possibly own my own used book shop). The children I don't want to have until I am AT LEAST 25 and I prob won't have three on them! The Sexy husband I haven't found - yet. "
